You will find our website easily accessible and fast and informative to use. You can initiate a search by city, zip code address or MLS number. BestBid Realty has the largest and most complete MLS databases available. Remember to register for maximum access in our MLS data feed. You can save properties which interest you and also have us email you daily when a new home meeting your criteria comes on the market. When you are ready to write a contract BestBid Realty will guide you through the process. We will then prepare the contract and return it to you for review and signature.
3. How to Receive a Refund
At closing you, our homebuyer will receive a BestBid Realty check for at least 50% of our commission and up to 70% of our commission. For example purposes, a $400,000 home, with a 5% commission split equally between the agents, will give you a refund of $5,000.00.
