BestBid Realty will provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis which will help you appropriately price your home.
How We Help You
We will advise you how to make your home look its best for sale. 1. You will receive an itemized list of ways in which to accomplish this. 2. We will schedule an appointment with one of our professional photographers to take photos of your home that will enhance its potential. 3. We will send you a BestBid Realty For Sale Sign. You will also receive a “lockbox” so that licensed buyers agents will be able to arrange showing of your home when you are unavailable.
Listing & Marketing Your Home
We will list your property on the MLS until it sells. We will market your home by including it on Realtor.com and Craigslist.com as well as Zillow.com. Please call or email us at info@bestbidrealty.com
Nationwide, approximately 80% of homes are sold through the MLS. By listing this way, you will be in an excellent position with maximum exposure.
Showing Your Home
Realtors, representing Buyers, will be able to show your home using a lockbox. We suggest that you have open houses for people without a Buyer’s Agent. For a fee BestBid Realty will host your open houses.
The Offer
We will be available to answer any questions you might have throughout. We will receive all buyers’ offers and handle all negotiations for you. We will work closely with you to get the very best price and terms possible. We will work behind the scene, completing all necessary paper work and coordinate all inspections.
